Shopping for a new home is probably the most stressful experience we have had as a new family trying to sell our condo, while at the same time finding a great house. We started the process when our baby was 9 months old. We saw over 50 houses, most of which, with our baby in tow.
Danelle’s organization, patience and tireless effort to find something that was within our criteria was no small feat. We were determined to stay within a small radius and had a couple of must haves; including a finished basement.
Having our best interest as a foremost priority meant finding the right environment that we were trying to create for our family. Sometimes this meant telling us something (or many things) we didn’t want to hear… pointing out things that looked good but may not be functional. Her depth of experience as a homebuilder and her attention to detail, especially as a mom were ultra useful.
We now live in a wonderful home that is in a great community and constantly gets compliments on its functionality. Thanks Danelle for all your hard work to get us our first family home!
